Through its Custody and Visitation Symposium and other projects, the NCJFCJ provides training and technical assistance about family law issues with an emphasis on the latest psychological, scientific, legal, and technological information affecting children, including custody, visitation, paternity, and child support for divorcing and never-married parents, as well as safe and appropriate alternative dispute resolution techniques and options for unrepresented litigants.
