JUDICIAL OVERSIGHT DEMONSTRATION INITIATIVE

Through the Judicial Oversight Demonstration Project, funded by OVW, the FVD assisted judges and court personnel who received funding to serve as Judicial Oversight Demonstration Initiative (JODI) sites. The purpose of the JODI was to engage judges, prosecutors, advocates, probation officers, and other court services personnel in a collaborative effort to increase offender accountability and victim safety through intensive case oversight.
