Expected Attendance:
- 60% of the conference participants are judges, 20% are directors, administrators, supervisors and attorneys, with the remaining 20% encompassing a mix of probation officers, managers, caseworkers, students, and many other professionals working in the field of juvenile and family justice.
- More than 35 exhibitors representing a wide-range of services to the juvenile and family justice field are also expected to attend.

Fees:
$650 – Exhibit Fee (including exhibit booth and 1 exhibit person)
$425 – Each additional exhibit person

Deadlines:
To be listed as an exhibitor in and/or to place an ad in the program guide, the exhibitor application and any advertising artwork must be received by June 16, 2008. 

Sponsorship:
Maximize your visibility at the conference and consider one of many exciting sponsorship opportunities that might include continental breakfast or pastries, coffee breaks, lunches, or other ideas you might already have in mind.  Beverages only will be offered in the exhibit area at various times throughout the day.  Encourage your potential customers to visit longer by sponsoring breakfast or break items.  To explore the options best suited to reach your customers click here, or contact Diane Barnette, Director of Conference Planning & Marketing at (775) 784-6881 or dbarnette@ncjfcj.org.

Social Activities:
Exhibitors are welcome to sign-up to join conference attendees in planned social activities, including the Colonial Williamsburg tour, Sunday Reception, Spirit of Norfolk Dinner Cruise, and the Installation Banquet on Tuesday evening.  Complete details and pricing can be found on the Social Activities Description sheet, and the Exhibitor Social Activity Sign-up Sheet.
