6/19/08 -- Greetings, NCJFCJ members!

As you know, NCJFCJ's Governance/Bylaws Review Committee has undertaken the ongoing task of review and refinement of the Bylaws in order to ensure that we are continuing to improve our own organization even as we seek to improve the juvenile and family court field. 

Additional Bylaws changes are being recommended this year. We encourage you to take an opportunity to review the edited version of the Bylaws by clicking here for the document containing the proposed changes. Recommended edits have been marked in color for your convenience.

A discussion and vote on these proposed changes will occur at the Business Meeting of the General Membership on Tuesday, July 29, 2008, from 7:00-8:30 a.m., during NCJFCJ's 71st Annual Conference in Norfolk, Virginia.
