1/6/09 -- The Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) has published "Juvenile Residential Facility Census, 2004: Selected Findings." Prepared by NCJFCJ's research division, the National Center for Juvenile Justice, this bulletin is part of OJJDP's National Report series.
