1/15/09 -- A new resource for juvenile and family courts is now available. The "Toolkit for Court Performance Measures in Child Abuse and Neglect Cases" provides practical, comprehensive guidance on how to undertake performance measurement; improve child and family outcomes of safety, permanence, and well-being; and move toward more efficient and effective dependency court operations.

The Toolkit, sponsored by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Children's Bureau and the U.S. Department of Justice's Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, was produced with technical support from the American Bar Association, National Center for State Courts, and National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges.

The Toolkit is available from NCJRS by clicking here.
