Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for conference registration must be made prior to June 12, 2009 for a full refund. Cancellations received after June 12 and before July 12 will incur a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations received during the conference will be assessed a $100 administrative fee. No cancellations for refund will be accepted after conclusion of the conference.
