The National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges Fund, Inc., (The Fund Inc.) was established in 1989 to operate as a "supporting organization" for the benefit and assistance of the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges, and programs which support or benefit the NCJFCJ.

The Fund, Inc. is governed by a five-member Board of Trustees, comprised of the President, President-Elect, and Executive Director of the NCJFCJ, and two other members as appointed by the NCJFCJ President.
