In his keynote address, Stuart A. Forsyth, The Legal Futurist, explored critical questions about what the future holds for juvenile and family courts in this era of rapid change and uncertainty. What forces are at work in the juvenile justice system? What does the future hold, and more importantly, what can we do about it?

Learning opportunities will include the National Center for Juvenile Justice (NCJJ) Resource Center showcasing hands-on Internet tools; meeting with conference faculty at the end of each day to discuss seminars attended; and visiting more than 75 exhibitors showcasing their support.
