View the keynote presentation, "Juvenile Justice: The Future Isn't What it Used to Be," presented March 15, 2010 at NCJFCJ's National Conference on Juvenile and Family Law held in Las Vegas.

In his keynote address, Stuart A. Forsyth, The Legal Futurist, explored critical questions about what the future holds for juvenile and family courts in this era of rapid change and uncertainty. What forces are at work in the juvenile justice system? What does the future hold, and more importantly, what can we do about it?
