CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
Early Registration by August 16, 2006 - $375 (includes $150 activity fee)
Regular Registration after August 16, 2006 - $425 (includes $150 activity fee)
The early registration deadline has been extended thru Monday, August 21, 2006.
Please note: Conference registration fee includes all educational seminars, training materials, Sunday evening reception, two lunches and all coffee breaks. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for conference registration must be made prior to August 16, 2006 for a full refund. Cancellations received after August 16 and before September 17 will incur a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations received during the conference will be assessed a $100 administrative fee. No cancellations for refund will be accepted after conclusion of the conference.
