8/1/06 -- Mark your calendars for "Domestic Violence and Firearms: A National Summit for Community Safety,"  Sept. 25-27, 2006 in Los Angeles, CA. The Office on Violence Against Women, in partnership with the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges, the National Center on Full Faith and Credit, and the Battered Women's Justice Project, Criminal Office invite professionals working in the field of domestic violence to attend this national summit.  We encourage participants to come to the Summit in interdisciplinary teams, in an effort to promote a coordinated response to this issue.  For more information on the Summit and registration materials, please click here.
