CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
Early Payment by August 10, 2007 - $375 (includes $175 activity fee)
Regular Payment after August 10, 2007 - $425 (includes $175 activity fee)
The Early Payment cut-off date has been extended to August 15,2007
Please note: Activity fee includes all educational seminars, training materials, Sunday evening reception, two lunches and all coffee breaks. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for conference registration must be made prior to August 10, 2007 for a full refund. Cancellations received after August 10 and before September 9 will incur a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations received during the conference will be assessed a $100 administrative fee. No cancellations for refund will be accepted after conclusion of the conference.
