In collaboration with Casey Family Programs and the Immigrant Legal Resource Center (ILRC), the NCJFCJ hosted the webinar “Special Immigrant Juvenile (SIJ) Status – What Judicial Officers and Court Stakeholders Need to Know.” This webinar was designed for dependency court stakeholders (e.g., judicial officers, attorneys, case workers, etc.) to better understand the intersection between immigration issues and child welfare cases.
