Call for Applications - NCJFCJ's Juvenile Drug Court Learning Collaborative

March 1, 2016

The National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges (NCJFCJ) is seeking juvenile drug courts wishing to assess needs, build capacity, implement appropriate program improvements, and evaluate program performance.

The NCJFCJ will select six new juvenile drug courts to serve as “models for system change” and to join the Juvenile Drug Court (JDC) Learning Collaborative. The JDC Learning Collaborative has been active since 2014, and there are currently twelve JDC sites participating in the Collaborative around the U.S.

These JDC teams are changing the face of juvenile drug courts as we know it!

The NCJFCJ need courts that have:

  • been operational two or more years;
  • an active judge;
  • a strong collaborative relationship with their treatment provider;
  • full representation of standard JDC roles;
  • the ability to evaluate program operations; and
  • the ability to implement changes.

Please complete the application to be considered for the Juvenile Drug Court Learning Collaborative project. The application is lengthy (a total of 47 questions) and will likely require data and information from multiple team members.
