Airport to Hotel:

The Silver Legacy provides free shuttle service to and from the airport. The shuttle runs every half hour from 5am to midnight.

Hotel to UNR:

The Sierra Spirit Bus operates every 15-20 minutes, from 7AM to 7PM every day. The cost is .25 cents per regular fare each way.  Click here for details.

The bus picks up just outside the hotel and drops directly in front of the Continuing Education Building.

Due to limited parking spaces we encourage car pooling or using the Sierra Spirit Bus from the hotel. There will be parking available at the Whalen Parking Garage for $7 per day. For your convenience, on-campus permit dispensers are available on the top floor of the Whalen Parking Garage for daily permit purchases. These machines take cash, debit, or credit cards. Please note if you choose to park at the Whalen Parking Garage, you will be reimbursed for your parking when you submit your final travel expenses. There is a short walk form the parking garage to the Continuing Education Building.

The dress is business casual for the conference. Since, undoubtedly the conference room temperatures will vary, a light sweater or jacket may be a good thing to bring to weather the indoor climates.
