Shipping charges for standard shipping are included in the total cost of each item (subject to change without notice). Expedited shipping must be quoted to insure accurate shipping rates. Please contact us at jruffin@ncjfcj.org or call (775) 784-6686 for quotes.

Returns/Cancellations

We will gladly accept any defective merchandise for return if accompanied by a copy of the packing slip and original packaging. If for some reason the defective merchandise cannot be replaced, a refund will be issued.

Over-orders of publications will be accepted for return if returned undamaged to NCJFCJ, in acceptable resale condition.

All returns must be made within 10 days of receipt.

Cancellation and refund requirements for conference registration may vary by conference. Generally, cancellations received prior to 30 days of the onset of the conference will receive a full refund. Administrative fees may be incurred for cancellations received after the 30-day time frame, and additional cancellation restrictions or fees may apply to specific conferences. Please refer to specific information for each program on the “Conferences” page of this website for cancellation details.

The National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any listed program. If a program is cancelled by NCJFCJ, a full refund of all fees paid for the course will be issued.
