NCJFCJ President-Elect Judge Gayl Branum Carr was recently selected as a Virginia Lawyers Hall of Fame honoree. Selection for the Hall of Fame recognizes accomplished professionals who have improved the legal profession in Virginia and left their individual marks in the law of the commonwealth. Criteria include career accomplishments, contributions to the development of the law in Virginia, contributions to the bar and to the commonwealth and efforts to improve the quality of justice in Virginia. Congratulations Judge Carr!
