This webinar, taught by Wendy Schiller will focus on how incentives can be a powerful motivator for change. But, in order to be effective, an incentive needs to be meaningful to the person receiving it. In juvenile drug treatment courts, it can be challenging to help youth identify incentives that are meaningful to them and for the youth to connect the incentive to the behavior. This webinar will explore ways that JDTC teams can work with youth to identify natural incentives to promote change.
