The National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges (NCJFCJ) will describe the results of evaluation research that examines the outcomes of implementing aspects of the Enhanced Resource Guidelines: Improving Court Practice in Child Abuse and Neglect Cases (ERG). The presenters will describe the research methods used in the studies and the resource requirements for a jurisdiction interested in their research, improving upon the foundation established in these studies. Webinar participants will learn about how judicial officers and court administrators use the research in the ERG implementation site in Saginaw, Michigan.
