Eryn Jane Branch, CEO, National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges

Branch holds more than a decade of leadership experience within the NCJFCJ. She began her tenure there in 2012 as a senior policy analyst and, just two years later, advanced into a leadership role as director of the Family Violence and Domestic Relations Program, where she oversaw national curricula and training institutes, multidisciplinary court improvement projects, publications and website development, and grant proposals designed to meet the needs of the judiciary. She has demonstrated exceptional strengths in strategic funding diversification, budget management, and responsive program development, and has consistently exemplified a deep commitment to the NCJFCJ’s mission, members, values, and strategic priorities.

The NCJFCJ Family Violence and Domestic Relations Program has grown significantly, securing new awards, expanding staff, and launching partnerships in emerging topic areas such as behavioral health and firearms violence. Her work has centered the needs of court-involved families and reflected a deep appreciation for the judges and communities working every day to improve the lives of children and families who seek justice.

Branch holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of California, Davis and a master’s degree in English from the University of Nevada, Reno.
