News 4 SA (Texas), One year later, new College Bound Docket sends 22 foster children to college

Only 3 percent of former foster children in Texas will graduate. To help foster children get on a path to college, the College Bound Docket project was created.

Bexar County received more than $3 million in state money to pilot the program. It fills the gap between tuition and all the extras that come with a college education.
