As part of the National Resource Bank for the MacArthur Foundation’s Models for Change initiative, NCJJ is responsible for documenting the progress and outcomes of reform efforts aligned with the initiative. The 2013 Washington Targeted Areas of Improvement Report is the final in a series of data inventory reports that document Washington Models for Change progress and outcomes. This Endpoints Edition additionally accounts for which emerging models were sustained and summarizes the range of evaluation and existing descriptive data to document youth outcomes. Goals and strategies aligned with Washington Models for Change activities are presented along with outcome data current through 2011, and in some instances 2012.
