This publication presents the findings of Allegheny County’s (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania’s) aftercare assessment, discusses what it will take to bring Pennsylvania aftercare practice into line with the goals of the Joint Policy Statement, and describes some of the work that is already being done to make this vision of comprehensive aftercare reform a reality.
