This revised publication, of the original Technical Assistance Brief published in 2005, includes a checklist of critical questions every judge should ask about education in every case, and a checklist of critical questions every judge should ask about education and older youth. Each of the three checklists provides juvenile and family court judges with valuable guidance to ensure the necessary information is obtained in every case to meet the educational needs of children and youth in care.
