This program model and planning guide is intended to be used in conjunction with the Juvenile Offenders: A Training Curriculum Guide – Volume Two (Dispositional Court Hearing to Case Closure). The Guide addresses program challenges and topics that should be discussed and considered when dealing with youthful offenders and graduated sanctions from court disposition to case closure. The Guide may help prepare readers to explore secure confinement alternatives and enhance or refine reentry strategies.
