This is a guidebook for improving decision making in the juvenile justice system. The book can serve as an instructional tool and a reference source, and should be useful in group meetings of juvenile justice leaders who are examining, in order to improve, their own systems of information for decisions. Some parts include exercises suitable for use in such meetings. Other parts present methods or procedures that may be used or modified to meet the needs of particular jurisdictions.
