This report presents findings from the 2004 Juvenile Residential Facility Census (JRFC). The bulletin provides data on facilities in which juvenile offenders are held, such as their size, structure, type, ownership, security arrangements, and the range of services they provide youth in their care. In 2004, this biannual census focused on educational and physical health services.
