The bulletin was developed by a group of multidisciplinary professionals who work with substance abusing youth. The bulletin is a valuable tool that will guide courts and court practitioners to make the best possible decisions to improve outcomes for the youth they serve. The bulletin outlines the research and case law related to the use of sober support groups within a juvenile court and relays best practices to use when mandating youth to sober support groups.
