The NCJFCJ partnered with the National Children’s Advocacy Center to create this webinar highlighting the importance of collaboration between children’s advocacy centers (CACs) and the courts. Participants can expect to learn: what judges should know about the CAC model; how CACs can help minimize additional trauma for children who are victims of crimes; how to evaluate your local CAC and other community resources; and steps towards implementing trauma-informed practices and a victim-centered approach in your court and community.
