    Applications are due no later than January 9, 2026.
  • The 89th Annual Conference is scheduled for July 19 – 22, 2026, at the Grand Hyatt Nashville in Nashville, Tennessee.
    Applications are due no later than May 8, 2026.

Judith Horgan Scholarship

The Judith Horgan scholarship is available to any NCJFCJ member judges, judicial officers, court officers, and professionals within the first 0-8 years of their chosen court system profession. Completion of a scholarship application form and registration for a tuition-based NCJFCJ program or conference is a requirement of the application process. Preference shall be given to member judges who have not previously attended an NCJFCJ-sponsored program or received a scholarship.
