Aspects of transfer law described include: lower and upper ages; terms of discretionary waiver, presumptive waiver, mandatory waiver, statutory waiver, reverse waiver, and direct file; terms of “once an adult, always an adult” jurisdiction; and terms of juvenile blended sentencing and criminal blended sentencing.
