Designed exclusively for Tribal Judicial Officers, this highly interactive training brings together national and local experts to explore best practices in dependency court proceedings within tribal communities. Topics include ICWA, tribal values in child welfare, substance use and permanency planning, child development, and the implementation of the Enhanced Resource Guidelines.
