A trauma‑informed court isn’t built through individual coping strategies alone — it requires shared understanding, coordinated team practices, and organizational commitment. This webinar gives courts a clear, actionable pathway from personal awareness to collective resilience. Join the National Association for Court Management and the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges for a two-part series where we discuss the importance of collaboration around secondary trauma that will take you from self-care to team-care!

In the first webinar, we will explore the core concepts of trauma, identify how trauma presents in individuals working in court environments, and then begin to move into practical, team‑based strategies courts can adopt to strengthen wellbeing, performance, and ultimately procedural fairness. The second participatory webinar invites all to actively engage in sharing best practices, challenges, and real‑world applications of trauma‑informed team‑care strategies.
