A Conversation About The TAKE IT DOWN Act, State Laws, and Non-consensual Dissemination of Intimate Images

This webinar is the second in the two-part series focusing on non-consensual dissemination of Intimate Images. While the first webinar will focus on the recently enacted Take it Down Act, many states already have laws in place that govern the non-consensual dissemination of intimate images for both minors and adults. This webinar will discuss what state courts and prosecutors can do and how the Take it Down Act may interact with state and federal remedies to address this issue without criminalizing victimized youth. Faculty will also discuss the importance of stakeholder collaboration. Participant engagement and sharing is encouraged.
