Engaging Fathers: Building Father-Inclusive Dependency Courts

This webinar is designed for judges and court professionals and focuses on the court’s role in ensuring fathers are meaningfully included and supported as active participants in their children’s cases. Participants will explore common barriers to father engagement, including systemic practices and service gaps, and learn practical judicial strategies to promote accountability, equitable access toservices, and effective collaboration with community partners. By strengthening court practices that support father involvement, courts can improve outcomes for children and families while reinforcing fairness and due process.
