Are you interested in changing court culture and practices to engage and empower children and youth in the child welfare court process? Join the NCJFCJ to learn more about the free QIC-EY Child and Youth Engagement Online Training for Court and Legal Professionals and how it can help court teams develop strategies to engage children and youth in child welfare court proceedings. This training was developed by The American Bar Association Center on Children and the Law, the National Association of Counsel for Children (NACC) and With Lived Experience.
This webinar will highlight aspects of the training and provide guidance on sharing the training in your jurisdiction. This webinar and training is perfect for court and legal professionals who participate in child welfare proceedings including judicial officers, parent and child attorneys, CASA/GAL’s agency attorneys/prosecuting attorneys, parent and child advocates. This is the same webinar that was presented on December 9, 2025. For more information contact Andrew Wachter awachter@ncjfcj.org.
