Meeting Families Where They Are: A Look at Current Court Innovations

Courts that hear child abuse and neglect cases have a responsibility to serve all families. In this session, participants will hear directly from court teams about how they are adapting their services and processes to meet families where they are. By centering the needs of families, these efforts aim to build a more responsive, engaging, and family-centered court system.

Participants will hear from Judge Lindsey Martinez from Orange County, CA and Judge Lori Morgan from Allen County, IN about how they are meeting families where they are in their communities.

Certificates documenting CLE/CEU hours will be issued upon request.
