Sponsored by the National Council of Juvenile & Family Court Judges, the National Association of Women Judges (NAWJ) Immigration Committee, NAWJ Juvenile Justice & Child Welfare Committee, and the ABA Judicial Division, this program will help judges understand the different roles of state courts, immigration courts, and United States Citizenship & Immigration Services Agency in the progression of a case for a child seeking special immigrant juvenile status.

Speakers will discuss their various roles to provide a 360 comprehensive overview of cases involving children seeking special immigrant juvenile status findings including best practices for language in orders.
