The Continuous Quality Improvement Guide for Juvenile Justice Organizations is a product of the Quality Improvement Initiative (Qii). The Qii, supported by the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency and the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare, provided an opportunity for juvenile justice service providers to learn and apply a continuous quality improvement process to an intervention through training and technical assistance from NCJJ. This guide describes the process for juvenile justice organizations to adopt and implement CQI principles into their services.
