NCJFCJ Gives Back: Leading With Our Values

Compassion, Leadership, Education, Community

Nothing To It Brothers BBQ

In recognition of the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges’ (NCJFCJ) 83rd anniversary and the connectedness we have through our staff and members to our communities, our CEO teamed up with two local Reno restaurants, Brothers Barbecue and Nothing To It Culinary School, to provide over $1,937 of personally donated meals to children, youth, and families at the Eddy House, Kids Kottage and Sierra Association of Foster Families, three local Reno nonprofits. But, she is only one example of how the NCJFCJ staff and members give back to their local communities especially in times of crises and despair.

The NCJFCJ would like to acknowledge below all of the nonprofits, including the NCJFCJ, our staff, or the Board of Directors have supported through the giving of their time or charitable donations. It is the continued work of all nonprofits that is necessary to create healthy and just communities. The NCJFCJ remains grateful for your continued support of its mission and vision on behalf of children, families, and victims. We are in this together!
