Thank you for your interest in the NCJFCJ’s Judith Horgan Scholarship for New Judges and Court Professionals, established in 2022.
The Judith Horgan scholarship is available to any NCJFCJ member judges, judicial officers, court officers, and professionals within the first 0-8 years of their chosen court system profession. Completion of a scholarship application form and registration for a tuition-based NCJFCJ program or conference is a requirement of the application process. Preference shall be given to member judges who have not previously attended an NCJFCJ-sponsored program or received a scholarship.

The 85th Annual Conference is scheduled, for July 17-20, 2022, at the Nugget Casino Resort in Reno, Nevada. Applications are due no later than Monday, June 24.
