A longtime Nevadan, Jeanne Karadanis serves in a variety of community and professional activities and is currently serving on the board of the STEP2 Reno, a program for women struggling with substance abuse. The program is unique in that it provides a residential format for women and their children. She has served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate, a Board member of Planned Parenthood and was an advisory member of the Strategic Planning Panel for the Washoe County School District.
